Users can generate videos from prompts, uploaded media, or other creative inputs. The platform uses a credit-based system where credits are required to access video generation features.

The service is fully automated and does not involve manual review or human intervention in content generation.

To use aidance.online, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- Use the service only for lawful purposes

Users under 18 are not permitted to use this platform.

Certain features require account registration. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

- The platform provides tools only and does not participate in or take responsibility for how users utilize generated content.

aidance.online is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access.

- Users purchase credits in Indian Rupees (INR).

- Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, as indicated at the time of purchase.

- Credits are deducted upon using AI video generation.

- Credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- In case of failed transactions where payment is deducted but credits are not received, users may contact support for resolution.

- Payments are processed by secure third parties. We do not store full card details.

You may not use the platform to create or share content that:

- Violates any applicable laws or regulations

- Contains harmful, violent, or illegal material

- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights

- Promotes fraud, harassment, or harmful activities

- Includes explicit or inappropriate content

- Users must not use the platform to generate misleading, deepfake, or impersonation content.

- Use of the platform for scams, phishing, financial fraud, or illegal monetization activities is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

All platform technology, software, branding, and services are owned by ORICSUN ICTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Users retain ownership of their original uploaded content. However, by using the service, users grant aidance.online a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, modify, and generate outputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may temporarily suspend due to:

- Maintenance

- Technical issues

- System updates

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, aidance.online shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Data loss

- Service interruptions

- Loss of profits or business

You use the service at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Violate these Terms

- Engage in fraud or misuse

- Violate platform policies

Users may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
