1. Credit Purchases

• aidance.online uses a credit-based system.
• Users buy credits in INR via supported payment methods.
• Credits are added to the account after successful payment.

2. Credit Usage

Credits are used for:

• AI video generation
• Media processing
• Premium features

Credit requirements vary by service type and complexity.

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of services:
• Purchased credits are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds may be approved only for technical errors or duplicate payments.
• Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of platform policies.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid reason may result in suspension of user accounts.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Cancellation

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

• Unused credits remain in the account
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• All credit purchases are final and cannot be reversed once consumed.
• Credits are non-transferable
