1. Credit Purchases
- aidance.online uses a credit-based system.
- Users buy credits in INR via supported payment methods.
- Credits are added to the account after successful payment.
2. Credit Usage
Credits are used for:
- AI video generation
- Media processing
- Premium features
Credit requirements vary by service type and complexity.
3. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of services:
- Purchased credits are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may be approved only for technical errors or duplicate payments.
- Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of platform policies.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid reason may result in suspension of user accounts.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Cancellation
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
- Unused credits remain in the account
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- All credit purchases are final and cannot be reversed once consumed.
- Credits are non-transferable
